ExoPrime is an advanced exosome-rich plasma preparation system that supports the production of autologous concentrates rich in exosomes and extracellular vesicles through a controlled activation process of PRP-derived platelets.

How to use  

STEP 1 — PREPARE PRP
Collect blood into 4 S&M PRP Monocap Tubes and centrifuge according to the validated PRP protocol. Collect the plasma including the required platelet/buffy-coat fraction.

STEP 2 — PLATELET ACTIVATION
Pass the collected plasma through the ACTIFLUX Titanium Microfilter 50 times to promote controlled platelet activation.

STEP 3 — TRANSFER TO ExoPrime TUBES
Transfer the activated plasma equally into 2 ExoPrime tubes containing glass spheres.

STEP 4 — CENTRIFUGATION
Centrifuge the STRakin tubes at 4000 RPM for 10 minutes.

STEP 5 — COLLECTION
Carefully collect the exosome-rich plasma from the ExoPrime tubes. (2.5 ml from upper layer of each tube).
